TERMS OF USE

Company FCA SHOW OÜ, registration number: 16798997, postal address: Harju maakond, Tallinn, Paepargi tn 47-9, 11417, Republic of Estonia (hereinafter referred to as ‘Company’, ‘We’, ‘Us’ or ‘Our’), cooperates with Ticket Implementers and Event Organizers under separate agreements and owns the website: https://fca.ua/en/.

These Terms apply to all purchases on our Site and are designed to ensure that Buyers understand the ticket purchase process, our role in providing services, and the specifics of ticket sales. These Terms come into force from the date of their publication on the Site and remain in effect indefinitely.

1. DEFINITIONS

Ticket – A digital document sent to the Buyer via email (unless otherwise specified), confirming the Buyer’s right to attend an event.
Reservation – An order that has been placed but is awaiting payment.
Order – One or more tickets for a single event, selected by the Buyer and assigned a unique identification number within the System.
Event – A cultural, entertainment, or sports event requiring a Ticket for attendance.
Organizer – A legal entity or entrepreneur responsible for organizing and conducting the event.
Buyer / You – A natural or legal person using the Company’s services for booking and purchasing tickets.
Implementer – A legal entity responsible for selling tickets and ensuring the accuracy of event information.
Service Fee – A percentage-based fee charged to the Buyer for ticket processing and platform services.
System – The software that powers the Site, enabling ticket reservations, purchases, unique ticket number generation, and transaction management.
Site – The official web platform of FCA SHOW OÜ, located at https://fca.ua/en/.
Widget – A content module connecting Buyers with Implementers for ticket purchases.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

Users can browse the Site without registering. However, an account is required for ticket reservations and purchases.
A one-time authentication code is sent to the Buyer’s email for login security.
Accounts must be registered with the Buyer’s real name as per official documents.
By registering, the Buyer confirms acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Notice.

3. AGREEMENT WITH THE IMPLEMENTER

The Company operates as an online platform connecting Buyers with Ticket Implementers.
Unless otherwise stated, we act as an intermediary and do not directly sell tickets.
The Implementer sets ticket prices and ensures that sold tickets are valid for event entry.

4. PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Buyers may choose from available payment methods on the Site.
Payments are considered complete upon confirmation from the payment provider.
If an order remains unpaid during the reservation period, it is automatically canceled.

5. REFUNDS

Refunds are handled by the Implementer in cases of event cancellations.
Only the ticket’s face value is refundable; service fees and additional charges are non-refundable.
Buyers must submit refund requests via [email protected], including ticket details and proof of purchase.

6. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Buyers have the right to access event details and pricing.
Buyers must not harass staff or other users, or interfere with Site operations.
The Company may modify the Site and suspend accounts violating these Terms.

7. LIABILITY

The Site is provided ‘as is’ without warranties of uninterrupted service.
The Company is not liable for event cancellations or Organizer actions.
Disputes must be submitted in writing within 10 calendar days.

8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes are first addressed through written claims.
If unresolved, disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

9. ADDITIONAL TERMS

Minors must use the Site under parental supervision.
Event organizers set entry conditions and rules.
Tickets cannot be resold or used for promotions without permission.
